ONE Subiaco Settlements

You have probably heard that the incredible ONE Subiaco has reached completion and many residents have already moved in. We were excited to be part of the settlement process for many buyers, assisting some fabulous people in their finance journey. An amazing addition to the Subiaco scene, ONE Subiaco is a phenomenal achievement for our Blackburne Developments team.

But that’s not all!

Our other HUGE news is that the BMB team along with the rest of the Blackburne crew are relocating to amazing new offices at the ONE Subiaco building to start off 2023. It’s an end of an era saying goodbye to our 1050 Hay Street premises but we cannot be more excited about the relocation to what will be one of the most impressive offices in Perth.

Client Event at Flight Club

We are committed to showing our clients how much we appreciate them so a few weeks ago were delighted to host a group of wonderful clients to a fun filled afternoon of darts and drinks at Flight Club in Perth.  The group of clients who joined us were those who had referred their friends and family to us over the past year and this was another way we wanted to demonstrate just how much we appreciate their support. We look forward to organising more exciting events in the coming year.

We Spread Some Festive Cheer

To finish off the year on a high, the BMB team ran another random giveaway to spread a little festive cheer. The three lucky recipients of our prize draw of a $100 Coles Myer Gift Card each were Russell, Michelle and Brett. We will be  running more giveaways in the New Year so stay tuned, as you never know, you could be next!

Megan’s a Finalist

We were thrilled to learn that once again, our own Megan Kelly was named a Finalist for the Better Business Awards for 2023 in the category of Loan Administrator of the Year.  This was an exciting way to round out the year and we look forward to seeing her take home the award next year!
