Brian joined Blackburne Mortgage Broking in 2015 some 25 years after starting his career in the Banking and Financial Services Industry. Not only is Brian a highly experienced residential Mortgage Broker, but he is also our Commercial Lending Specialist, having over eight years’ experience as a Business Banker with a major bank. Whether you are seeking financial solutions for an owner-occupied or investment property, or for your business-related needs, Brian’s easy to understand and relaxed approach will give you the peace of mind that your finances are in safe hands.
Brian brings a wealth of experience to the team and is focused on looking after his client’s best interests and assisting them achieve their financial goals. This has translated into him being a finalist for AFG Broker of The Year in 2017.
Brian is a fully qualified Credit Advisor, holds a Diploma in Finance & Mortgage Broking Management and is a member of MFAA, AFCA and AFG.
In his spare time Brian enjoys camping and 4WD driving with his family and friends.
Megan joined Blackburne Mortgage Broking in 2012 after beginning a career in finance in 2007 and holds a Certificate IV in Financial Services.
She was a finalist in the MFAA Excellence Awards in the Loan Administrator category for 2018, 2019, 2021 and 2022. In addition she was a finalist for Loan Administrator of the year in the Better Business Awards for 2022, 2023 and 2024. Megan was as a finalist for Office Administrator of the Year for the 2021 Women in Finance Awards and was the Winner of the category in 2023.
Tracy joined Blackburne Mortgage Broking in 2014 after starting her career in Finance in 2004.
Tracy is an outgoing, well organised Client Liaison Manager who works as part of the Blackburne Mortgage Broking team to ensure that customers loans settle on time. Her excellent customer focus, organisation and communication skills ensures that our customers know what is happening with each key stage of their loan as it progresses from submission through to settlement. Customers who have benefited from Tracy’s assistance with their loans, attest to her helpfulness and ability to resolve even the most complex of issues in a timely and efficient way.
Tracy obtained her Property Management Registration and joined Blackburne Property Management in 2017 as an Inspections Officer to broaden her knowledge within the company. Her attention to detail when completing Routine Inspections is outstanding.
In her spare time Tracy likes going to the gym and spending time with her family and friends.
